I first landed a job at my company in 2009. At that time, my fellow new recruits and I decided to bury a time capsule in a flower bed in front of the company building, planning to open it 15 years later. We wrote letters to our future selves, vacuum-sealed them along with our job application forms, and placed them in the time capsule.
Fifteen years passed in the blink of an eye, and the time came to open the time capsule. Some colleagues had left the company, so only 12 remained out of the original 2. We gathered at a restaurant, shared a delicious meal, and talked about this and that.
Finally, we retrieved the letters we had buried in the time capsule. One person read them aloud on behalf of everyone. The letters were filled with hopes for our future careers, marriage, and our parents’ health. They were so touching that they brought tears to our eyes. I hope to continue enjoying a happy career, working with my beloved colleagues.

A: My colleagues and I buried a time capsule when we first joined the company.
B: Really? How many years ago was that?
A: It’s been 15 years already. I don’t know where the time went.
B: Did you recently open it?
A: Yes, everyone who is still with the company got together for dinner and opened it together.
B: Oh, that must have been such a moving experience.
