Olives

I am not a fussy eater. But I didn't often eat olives, because I didn't find them appealing. But my husband likes green olives so much that he stocks the fridge with them and eats them occasionally as a light snack. Our child soon followed suit, and the two of them even learned about the manufacturing process for olives.

Olives are one of the world's top five anti-aging foods. They are very effective for preventing aging and losing weight. I thought that olives were unfamiliar only to Asian people, but as it turns out, they are a polarizing food among Europeans as well.

Since they are said to be so healthy, I plan on eating the olives on my pizzas and in my salads, instead of picking them out. I'll also have to dip into the jar of green olives in the fridge more often.
