My Friend's Emigration to the US

I have a friend who has been like family for six years. At first, we usually met for play dates, but our husbands eventually became close pals as well. We really grew close, congratulating each other's happy occasions and sharing our sadness.

But my friend's family will be moving overseas to Las Vegas in the States, because of her husband's job. It must have been a tough call for her to move to the US. After all, she has three young kids, and she is leaving behind her own job.

My friend's husband moved to the States first, and she is tying up loose ends here in Korea. We're studying English together with '입트영' every day. It will be hard to overcome the language barrier and the cultural differences, but I hope there are only good things in store for my friend's family.

2: Oh, really? You must be so sad.

1: Yes, I think I really feel her absence.

2: I know the feeling.
