I am a homemaker with an 11-year-old daughter. I wanted to use the early morning hours for personal development, so I’ve been waking up at the crack of dawn.
I tried doing it on my own at first, but it was hard to stay motivated. So, I started participating in a group dedicated to waking up early. There are about 10 members. We take pictures of how we spend our morning and upload them to a group chat. If you pay a participation free and succeed for 4 weeks, you can receive a convenience store coupon from the group leader.
I have some time to myself from 5:30 to 7:00. I mostly spend that time studying “입트영.” Some members do morning yoga, keep a household ledger, or read and do transcription exercises. just being a part of the group helps me stay motivated.
to stay motivated - to continually progress on the path to achieving your goals and ambitions
ledger - a book in which things are regularly recorded, especially business activities and money received or paid
