Migraines

A few years ago, I was suffering from severe migraines. When it got really bad, I couldn't even make it through the day. I tried taking medication, but it was no use. Then one day, my husband suggested that the migraines might becaused by shoulder tightness. I realized that the muscle stiffness in my shoulders was very bad, too.

So, I started doing workouts and practicing yoga to loosen up my stiff shoulders. My migraines didn't disappear completely, but it did alleviate the symptoms. Various factors act as triggers for migraines. In my case, the main cause was shoulder tightness.

There are many workouts and yoga poses. I repeatedly prcatice a few poses that I can easily do sitting down. I do these light shoulder exercises daily, every few hours. I'm glad to report that I rarely get migraines anymore.
