Self-Maintenance

I am 165cm tall, and I've kept my weight at around 52kg. Taking into consideration that I was born in 1978, my level of self-maintenance is pretty good. But I haven't been this way all my life. In fact, I've passed the 70kg mark four times. I was more into eating than studying in my senior year of high school, and I put on a lot of weight. I later lost 20kg  during college. Then I got married and had three kids. Each time, I weighed over 70kg in the last month of pregnancy. One spring day the year after I gave birth to our youngest, I looked in the mirror to find a chubby-looking middle-aged woman. I couldn't stand for that anymore. Starting that very day, I gave up flour-based foods and signed up for Pilates classes. Now, I am even healthier than I was in my thirties.
