A wide range of language exchange apps are available thesedays. Through these apps users can easily communicate with people all over the globe. I started using language exchange apps a year ago to shoot the breeze with friends overseas. Most of the foreign friends that I've got to know through the apps are keenly interested in k-pop, korean TV shows and korean language. I help them out when they ask me about korean, I also learn by asking them about english sometimes. I'm amazed by the way apps allow me to communicate with people overseas. It's also a boatload of fun. It was hard to make myself understood in english at first, but I'm started to gain confidence in my english skills.
